The box showed up crushed, which was super reassuring, obviously. The product inside seems okay, but it definitely didn’t arrive looking its best. Not exactly the premium unboxing experience I was dreaming of.

Everything showed up pretty much exactly how I expected, and the quality seems really solid. Packaging was fine too, so no complaints there. I did take off one star because whoever was handling the shipping updates kind of dropped the ball, they were slower than I would’ve liked. Still, I’m happy with the order overall

I had a question about my order and reached out to Fillerlux-usa, not expecting anyone to reply that fast. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly, and the response actually felt like a real person wrote it, not some generic copy-paste message.
They helped me figure out what I needed and even followed up, which I appreciated. That said, since there was still an issue with the order, I’m definitely hoping they offer some kind of compensation or make-good for the trouble. Overall, the customer service was easy to deal with and stress-free

I had to return my order, and while the process did work out in the end, the refund took longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, but not exactly quickly. I got my money back eventually, so it wasn’t a total mess, but whoever runs this really needs to speed things up a bit.

They still have a good selection, but it feels like it used to be better. I found some of what I needed, but a few things I was hoping for were missing.
